深泽县基本情况
Brief Introduction to Shenze County
■ 区位独特，交通条件优越。深泽县位于河北省中南部，辖8个乡镇（办事处）乡、125个行政村，总面积296平方公里，总人口25万。地处石家庄、保定、衡水三市交界处，位于京津冀都市圈腹地，距石家庄民航机场45公里，距天津港240公里，距黄骅港200公里，毗邻京广、石德、京九铁路和石黄高速公路，区位优越，交通便利。
■ Special Location, Easily Communication: Shenze County, which is located in the middle south of Hebei Province, the borders of Shijiazhuang, Baoding and Hengshui and the hinterland of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Circle, governs 8 towns and 125 villages with the total area of 296 square kilometers and the population of 250,000. It is 45 km to Shijiazhuang Airport, 240 km to Tianjin Port and 200 km to Huanghua Part. Shenze enjoys easily accessible communications: Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Shijiazhuang-Dezhou Railway, Beijing-Kowllon Railway and Shijiazhuang-Huanghua Expressway are all very near to it.
■ 历史悠久，文化底蕴深厚。深泽县是千年古县，西汉高祖八年即为侯国，距今已有2000多年的历史，为冀中文化的传承和发扬发挥了重要作用；深泽县是革命老区，1925年建立党组织，是冀中平原上最早建立党组织和最早的抗日根据地之一，为中华民族的解放和新中国建设做出了积极贡献。
■ Glorious History, Profound Culture: With a history of more than 2000 years, Shenze became a county in the eighth year of Gaozu in Xihan Dynasty. It played an important role in broadcasting and inheriting Jizhong Culture. Shenze is also a revolution base area. The earliest organization of CPC in Jizhong Plain was founded at there in 1925. Shenze contributed to the liberation and construction of China.
■ 硬件健全，基础设施完备。依托造纸、纺织、日用和医药化工、机械制造和配件、丝网、建筑等优势行业，打造了造纸、纺织气门等五大园区，启动了气门、印刷等四个“创业产业园”建设，为项目积聚、产业做大构筑了发展平台；坚持高起点规划、高效能建设、高标准管理，投资4亿多元加强了城乡道路、通讯、污水处理厂、街心公园等基础设施建设，塑造了路畅街净、灯明树茂、秩序井然的县城新形象；拥有12座变电站，年供电能力可达20亿千瓦时，全县实现了电力供应“双回路”。
■ Perfect Infrastructure: Depending on five major industries: paper producing, textile, daily-use and pharmacy chemical, machinery and auto parts, wire mesh and construction, five industry zones are built, and other four creating & developing parks has already been commenced. All that will promote the congregating of projects and the enlarging of industries. With the idea of “high-starting planning, high-performance building and high-standard management”, more than RMB 400 million was invested to roads, telecommunication, sewage treatment plants and parks as to create a new and beautiful Shenze. Twelve transformer substations are available, and the power supply is in the way of “double circuit”.
■ 政策优惠，发展环境宽松。先后出台了一系列政策规定，筹建了集投资促进中心、为民服务中心、诚信管理中心和行政效能投诉中心于一体的政务服务中心，推行了项目建设“一门受理、联合审批、首问负责、限时办结”制、“绿色通道”制等制度，并在各级机关深入开展了创建“六型机关”活动，全面推行了“为企业服务日志”制度，机关办事效率明显提升，服务质量明显提高，县域发展环境持续优化。
■ Preferential Policies, Easy Investment Environment: A series of preferential policies was made, and the Administrative Service Center was built with the working system of “Accepting all affairs in one department, examining and approving projects associated, being responsible for projects in the first stop and settling the affairs in the limit time”. With the construction of “Six Models Department” and the full implementation of “Service Dairy for Enterprises”, service quality and work efficiency are improved obviously. The soft environment is optimized continually.
■ 定位准确，发展态势迅猛。全县上下进一步坚定“‘小县’能有大作为、‘小县’能干大事业”的信心和勇气，紧紧围绕建设一个“经济繁荣、人民富裕、环境优美、社会和谐”新深泽的奋斗目标，毫不动摇地深入实施“五四三”发展战略，推动县域经济保持了快速发展的良好势头，开创了深泽发展的新局面。
■ Right Orientation, Speedy Development: With the belief and courage of “the small county can do great things, the small county can achieve great success”, the developing strategy of “Five, Four, Three” is being carried out stoutly aiming at the new Shenzen of “flourishing economy, affluent people, beautiful environment and harmonious society”. Shenze’s economy continues developing rapidly, and is opening a new development phase.
